35mm cup guidance
Designed around the 35mm cup size used by many European-style concealed hinges. Check the actual cup diameter before choosing the jig.
EVOQUEFIT • WORKSHOP ESSENTIALS
Check door thickness, cup depth and backset against your actual hinge instructions. Not every hinge uses the same drilling pattern.
DESIGNED AROUND THE TASK
A concealed hinge needs a cup recess and mounting-screw positions that agree with the hinge geometry. This jig brings those drilling references into a single clamped setup. It helps organize the sequence: position the jig, set the cutter, drill the cup and guide holes, then check the hinge fit.
Designed around the 35mm cup size used by many European-style concealed hinges. Check the actual cup diameter before choosing the jig.
Use the two screw guides while the jig remains clamped. Confirm the hole spacing matches your hinge before drilling.
The setup uses a compatible hand drill. Secure the door on a stable work surface so both the panel and jig stay supported.
Cup depth depends on the hinge and panel thickness. Set the stop collar and test on matching scrap to avoid drilling through the door.

WHERE IT FITS
Useful when preparing compatible concealed-hinge holes in a new cabinet door. If replacing an old hinge, check existing holes, panel condition and hardware geometry before drilling again.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
The kit includes the jig, 35mm cutter, small drill bit, stop collar, wrench and hex key. The drill, door, hinge and mounting screws are separate project items.
Check the parts, confirm compatibility with your project and make a controlled test before working on the finished piece.

No. Check the 35mm cup size, screw spacing, offset and depth. Brand names alone do not establish compatibility.
Keep the setup clamped while drilling compatible screw-guide holes. Remove it only after the guided drilling sequence is complete.
Verify panel thickness and the hinge's required cup depth, set the depth stop and make a test hole in matching scrap first.
