Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange for the same item due to defects or damage, contact us at support@evoquefit.com within 7 days of delivery.
