How often does it mist?+
Choose a 5-second mist every 3, 5 or 10 minutes, a one-touch release, or a continuous boost that stops after 5 minutes.
How long does the 500 ml fragrance last?+
Fragrance life depends on the mist mode, daily use and room conditions. Choosing a longer interval uses less fragrance. We do not promise a fixed number of days across all settings.
Which scent should I choose?+

Can I mix scents in a bundle?+
Yes. Each set in your two-room or three-room bundle has its own scent selector, so you can choose a different fragrance for every room.
Where should I place the diffuser?+
Place it upright on a stable indoor surface with space around the mist outlet. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat sources, children and pets, and follow the supplied instructions.
Can I use any fragrance oil?+
Use fragrance refills that are explicitly compatible with this diffuser. Do not add water or mix products unless the supplied instructions allow it.
Is this an automatic subscription?+
No. The sets shown here are one-time purchases. A recurring refill plan would require a separate subscription selection and checkout agreement.
